- Complete resident assessments using the MDS tool to ensure a comprehensive understanding of individual needs.
- Create individualized service plans tailored to meet the unique requirements of each resident.
- Train employees on accurate charting practices to maintain precise and up-to-date resident records.
- Work closely with the facility management team on staff management, procedure development, and other tasks essential for maintaining a smoothly operating facility.
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years in assisted living providing direct care, but not required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong role modeling techniques.
- Ability to work well with others and in a fast-paced environment with individuals of varied backgrounds.
