What You'll Do
- Investigate tax, title, and registration discrepancies
- Analyze DMV receipts, registration documents, and tax calculations
- Research state-specific regulations and exceptions
- Help dealerships understand complex transaction outcomes
- Diagnose why calculated fees differ from fees assessed by state agencies
- Partner with product and operations teams to improve calculation accuracy
- Become a subject matter expert in vehicle tax and registration compliance
- You enjoy solving puzzles and researching answers
- You naturally investigate when something doesn’t make sense
