Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leadership by translating business questions, priorities, and decisions into clear, actionable requirements for the data and analytics team
- Coordinate effectively between executive stakeholders, operational teams, and technical teams to align analytics initiatives with business goals
- Present insights, dashboards, business performance trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and board-level audiences
- Proactively identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational gaps before they surface through standard reporting channels
- Drive adoption of BI dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making tools across the organization
- Help establish a data-driven culture by improving analytical fluency and decision-making processes company-wide
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable analytics solutions and reporting infrastructure
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries within platforms like Snowflake to support high-quality analytics and operational reporting Build and own dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics capabilities for business stakeholders
- Partner with Data Engineering on data models, transformations and reporting structures
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and documentation are maintained across all analytics assets
- Drive BI adoption through enablement, training, support and stakeholder engagement
- Own the vision, architecture, and governance of the analytics layer, reporting views, and BI
- Identify gaps in reporting capabilities and lead initiatives to expand analytics maturity and scalabilitypropose solutions, and deliver new data capabilities
- Establish best practices and standards for analytics development, testing, QA, and documentation
- Improve enterprise-wide data literacy and promote best practices for data-informed decision-making across the company
- Evaluate and implement modern analytics tools, AI capabilities, and reporting technologies that improve organizational effectiveness
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or a related field, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced SQL expertise with experience developing and maintaining production-grade analytics solutions Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms
- Ability to partner with business leaders and translate strategic objectives into scalable data and analytics solutions
- Very strong experience building dashboards and reports in a modern BI and visualization tools
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or build-stage environment
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Experience with BI tools such as ThoughtSpot, Sigma,
- Familiarity with dbt or similar analytics engineering and transformation tools
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations analytics
- Exposure to SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn
- Experience partnering across functions
- Experience driving BI adoption, self-service analytics, and enterprise reporting governance
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools and modern data platform best practices
