We have an opening for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This role can be based in the following cities.
As the Senior Compensation Analyst for DLR Group you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on compensation programs and practices, playing a critical role in shaping how the organization attracts, retains, and rewards talent. In this role, you’ll independently lead comprehensive compensation analyses, provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations on pay decisions, and partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation outcomes. As the owner of key compensation processes, you’ll apply sound judgment in complex and nuanced situations while contributing to the continuous improvement of compensation programs, tools, and practices.

What You Will Do
Pay Range
$85,000 - $130,000 USD

What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance base pay, incentive compensation, and job architecture programs aligned with overall business strategy.
- Ensure consistent role placement, leveling, and compensation decisions across the organization, including support for mergers and acquisitions(M&A) integrations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation-related decisions, including offers, promotions, and job changes.
- Provide data-driven insights, financial modeling, and actionable recommendations to inform compensation decisions and leadership discussions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable compensation-related laws and regulations, including pay transparency and equity requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate compensation guidelines, governance practices, and supporting documentation.
- Continuously improve compensation processes, tools, and reporting to increase consistency, efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of FLSA and other compensation-related laws and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling, analysis, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Knowledge and experience using HR reporting systems and compensation-related tools to support analysis and decision-making.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently assess and resolve complex compensation issues.
- Proven sound judgment with an understanding of the downstream organizational and employee impact of decisions.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to advise, influence, and partner at all levels of the organization.
- Dynamic and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to shifting priorities and ambiguity in a high-growth company.
- Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including integration of compensation programs.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple job families and career paths.
- Background in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC) industry, consulting, or professional services environments.
