This role involves delivering freight to retail stores across the Southeast, with live unloads using rollers, box by box. Drivers must be prepared for early morning delivery schedules and physically demanding work—but the rewards are worth it. Upon hire, drivers will report to Savannah, GA for account-specific training and orientation. Deliveries typically occur in the early morning, requiring drivers to arrive the night before or in the early hours. Home time is provided weekly, though not guaranteed on weekends or specific days. This is not a home-daily position and includes night, weekend, and holiday driving.

Key Requirements:
Must be physically prepared to unload freight box by box
Strong work ethic and customer service skills
Willingness to drive overnight or early morning shifts
Must attend training in Savannah, GA upon hire
Secure parking required for truck and trailer during home time
Vacation Pay:
1 week after 1 year
2 weeks after 2 years
3 weeks after 7 years
4 weeks after 10 years
Equipment:
Newer model Freightliners and Kenworth trucks
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $1,350–$1,500 weekly for drivers running 3 loads
Mileage Pay: $0.63 per mile (flat rate, regardless of experience)
Unload Pay: $240 per full trailer unload
Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total
$500 after first load
$500 after 30 days (must be active and seated)
Support: Experienced and tenured operations team
Home Time: Weekly minimum (not guaranteed daily or weekends)
