We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional pneumatic dry bulk routes. If you’re looking for consistent miles, weekly home time, and competitive pay, this opportunity is built for you.
Driver Pay & Incentives
Weekly earnings between $1,200 and $1,500
$200 orientation pay
$120/day for onsite and road training
$1,500 referral bonus
$750 when referral is seated
$750 after 90 days of employment
$0.03/mile utilization bonus for all miles driven over 1,800 miles/week
Average 2,000–2,300 miles/week
Route Details
Home weekly
Runs throughout Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, western Ohio, southern Michigan, and other areas as needed

Driver Requirements
Minimum age: 21 years
At least 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Or 12 months of verifiable experience within the past 3 years
