$130,085.6 - $195,128.4 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)

Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Day to Day
Market and Sales Plan
- Analyze market segment, identify target opportunities, contribute to country market and sales plan and align to country sales plan. The country market and sales plan effectively forms a basis for the development of local sales and relationship activities in the country.
- Identify and act on, or actively pursue, sales and ensure follow up of opportunities consistent with the country sales plan Incremental contribution is made to NBV, profitability and lease conversion rate.
- Visit relations and prospects and bring DLL financing opportunities to their attention, including commercial finance and non-standard product offerings relations and prospects are enthused for DLL financing solutions
- Structure transactions and/or deals with direct customers involve relevant expertise (e.g. credit risk, fiscal, legal, etc.) and balance interests of all stakeholders involved. Effectively and efficiently meet customer business needs.
- Manage the new business relationships throughout the relationship life cycle, conducting regular meetings with customers and counterparts within DLL. Optimize business, customer satisfaction, income and profitability in the short and long term.
- Signal product and services development improvement opportunities (MES, Service offerings, working capital, Pay Per Use (PPU)) based on customer needs. “We lead the way in meeting the need for flexibility and transparency which our customers increasingly expect.”
- Professional level (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in U.S.) with minimum 10 years of solid insight and experience in the finance market and relevant lease market (incl. Assets).
- Proven experience identifying prospects and developing business plans
- Experience working with C-Suite level clients to drive business through ideas & structures
- Extensive travel (50% ) with expectations to secure meetings with senior level (CFO, CEO) personnel with identified target accounts
- Industry expertise in CapEx heavy businesses, with the ability to structure asset backed transactions to meet the requirements both internally and externally.
- Extensive existing prospect list (relationship leverage)
- Advanced leasing knowledge and experience across multiple asset types
- Ability to liaise between internal stakeholders on complex customer needs/solutions (negotiating contracts, pricing, product development)
- Natural team player who will need to develop a relationship with credit, operations and legal support to customers and prospects.
