What are the responsibilities and job description for the Microsoft 365 Admin (Modern Workplace Specialist) position at DLL?
As a Modern Workplace Specialist in our global team, you have a key role in supporting, securing, and developing the DLL global workplace services that enables our business to be successful. DLL uses a broad set of Microsoft services, from Teams, Purview to Intune MDM and pretty soon also Copilot, to deliver to our 7000 user base throughout the world. To ensure self-supporting, seamless, and intuitive services, your team is constantly looking for automation and user adoption opportunities. A strong focus on professional management of our vendors and their service levels as well as data-driven continuous improvement, are key to drive our ambition to deliver a 24/7, best-in-class user experience.
Your focus will be centered around being or developing into being THE expert for your Microsoft 365 services and we will constantly give you the opportunity to grow further in knowledge and skill sets. You will be part of a team with an ambition to do the same, with a growth mindset being a key characteristic. Because of the global scale of DLL, you will be involved in (more complex, 2nd or 3rd line) end user support but also in collaborating in or leading complex worldwide changes. Practice-oriented recent experience in supporting Microsoft365 products and services on enterprise level is a must.

Day to day:
- Coordinate and solve (complex) requests and incidents, from single user to major incidents.
- Coordinate and / or execute changes with a global scope.
- Execute service management activities towards Microsoft and other relevant vendors.
- Help manage risk and security on all Microsoft services, leveraging Purview and Security Portals
- Identify and execute automation and improvement opportunities.
- Be an evangelist of our services and their best practices to our DLL stakeholders.
- Stay up to speed with the newest Microsoft related Cloud technologies and developments.

Essentials:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 services support, however more senior applicants are also welcome to apply!
- Technical and service delivery experience with:
- Microsoft 365, Office 365, Teams, Viva Engage
- (Microsoft) Security products
- Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Intune
- Experience in 1 or more of the following areas are definite nice to haves:
- (PowerShell) automation
- Support of Microsoft PowerApps
- Vendor/partner management (including licensing models).
- Customer experience (UX) and proven customer-centric skill sets are a plus
- Good communicator in speech and writing in English is key (and Dutch when you will work in our Eindhoven office)

This means the ideal candidate preferably is passionate about Modern Workplace IT and has in-depth knowledge on part of the M365 technologies but also brings good soft skills and a consultancy mindset to the table next to being an enthusiastic learner. You understand that for success you are dependent on working together with the multi-time zone global team and other teams and collaboration in multi-disciplinary projects is part of the job. Applicable Pay Range
$83,851.65 - $125,777.48
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
