We are searching for a highly motivated Lead maintenance technician/Floater to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community – Belmont Ridge (66 units) - located in Tully, Ny. Hourly rate shall range from $22.00 - $24.00 based upon experience. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required. Valid DL is required

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
