Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Regional Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead a team to manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee the management of project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.
- Utilize construction management software to track progress and manage documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing construction estimates with our corporate office based upon local and regional pricing.
- Implement project management methodologies using Procore for effective tracking of timelines and deliverables.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with project coordination tools such as Procore is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents is required.
- Proficiency in using construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and all support personnel.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- The ability to review financials and provide forecasts for future revenues.
