Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and deadlines
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project plans
• Manage project budgets, perform cost estimations, and monitor expenses to stay within financial targets
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards such as OSHA regulations and industry best practices
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues promptly
• Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and construction estimating software for documentation, reporting, and project tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising construction projects with a strong background in heavy civil or infrastructure projects involving pipelines or large-scale facilities
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera
• Hands-on construction site experience with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing
• Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with contracts management and project scheduling techniques
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and construction site safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately and perform construction estimating with precision

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
