We’re currently looking for a Partner – Financial Investigations to join our Forensic Valuation & Litigation Support (FVLS) practice. What You’ll Do
As a leader at the firm, you will spearhead the expansion of DLA’s financial investigations capabilities through hands-on engagement leadership and practice development. Your day-to-day may include:
- Leading financial investigations arising from commercial disputes
- Analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and solvency
- Interpreting GAAP in judgmental or contested situations
- Directing forensic data analysis across ERP systems
- Advising attorneys, boards, and executive leadership
- Developing expert reports and litigation support materials
- Overseeing engagement economics, billing, and realization
- Generating business aligned to disputes and investigations
- Mentoring and developing forensic accounting professionals
What You’ll Bring
We know great leaders come from many paths. Some things we typically look for:
- CPA required; forensic or valuation credentials preferred
- Extensive experience in financial investigations or disputes
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP interpretation
- Experience working in adversarial or high-stakes environments
- Proven success advising legal counsel and senior executives
- Strong leadership, judgment, and client-facing presence
- Established business development capabilities
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills
