- Develops and refines concepts, principles, and techniques to advance business process re-engineering and solve complex joint reserve military support challenges.
- Applies mastery of laws, regulations, and practices governing Reserve Component mobilization, deployment, and planning to interpret, recommend, and implement policies and programs for reservists.
- Facilitates opportunities for military reserve Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to participate in training and exercises, using the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) to support the Joint Training Plan (JTP).
