- Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignments, explains policies/procedures and reviews work for quantity/quality of completed projects. May work in various facilities. Opens/Closes facilities.
- Issues/receives equipment to authorized users. Collects fees for items issued/accounts for monies collected. Prepares equipment for customers, explains use, monitors usage. Conducts surveillance of facility/reports any unusual findings to supervisor.
- Arranges furniture/equipment for various types/sizes of events. May assist in conducting event. Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility. Operates equipment/self-help maintenance on facilities/equipment. Prepares work order for maintenance.
- Polices interior/exterior areas of building/grounds and performs general housekeeping. Monitors inventories and number/condition of items on hand. Coordinates with staff to ensure equipment is available in time to conduct program activities.
- Inspects equipment when turned in/collects fees for damages. Tests equipment for serviceability after use. Removes damaged/unusable equipment from inventory. May be required to drive a motor vehicle as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to work Rotating Shift, Work schedule is between Monday-Friday, 0800-1700, with occasional weekends
