What You'll Do

• Welcome customers into our showroom and help them find cabinetry solutions that fit their projects
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and remodelers
• Prepare quotes and guide customers through the purchasing process
• Follow up with leads and customer inquiries to help turn opportunities into sales
• Learn our cabinetry products and software systems to confidently assist customers
• Maintain an organized and professional showroom
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Achieve individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Associate degree required
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred
• Comfortable learning new software systems and technology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our New Orleans showroom
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
