DKOldies is an online retailer of classic video games located in Morgantown, PA. We specialize in Nintendo, Sega, PlayStation and Xbox games, systems and more!
We're looking for customer relations team members to join our growing company!
This is an entry level position.
- Assist with customer emails, phone calls and live chat.
- Process online orders.
- Interact with fans through social media outlets.
- Full-time or Part-Time. About 25-40 hours/week.
- Open availability between 8a - 7p Mon-Fri, 8a - 5p Sat
- Pay rate between $11-$15 per hour
Qualifications:
- Retro video game knowledge from Nintendo, GameCube, PlayStation etc. is a plus but not required.
- Personable with a positive attitude
- Good people skills, outgoing, friendly, courteous
- Good level of computer proficiency
- Monday through Saturday availability
