Fulltime Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in retail management, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the capability to manage various aspects of store operations, including inventory control, employee training, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in merchandising, pricing, and marketing efforts to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in cash handling, cashiering, and retail math.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control processes.
• Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for customer engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
