Hard working self-starter Maintenance Technician needed for multi property maintenance in Coalinga CA. Must have experience in apartment maintenance.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of apartment maintenance, as well as the ability to problem solve effectively. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance; and pass a criminal and DMV background check.
Work week -Monday through Friday:
Monday 9:00AM to 6:00 PM Tuesday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
