We are searching for a Legal Negotiator to lead a team and tackle big cases in pre-litigation. As our Legal Demand Negotiator & Demand Writer, you will spearhead high-stakes settlement demands and negotiations, transforming complex injury cases into compelling financial recoveries. This role requires equal parts legal strategist, persuasive writer, and tenacious negotiator.

What You Will Do

• Conduct settlement negotiations with insurance companies and defense firms to resolve personal injury claims, focusing on maximizing recoveries for our clients.
• Review and analyze demands to identify key issues, damages, and liability, ensuring a thorough understanding of each case and client.
• Develop negotiation strategies and tactics to achieve optimal settlements, considering factors such as policy limits, coverage issues, and defense firm positions.
• Effectively communicate with insurance company adjusters, defense counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate settlements, resolve issues, and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all negotiations, including correspondence, phone calls, and meetings.
• Monitor and update case status, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims, and timely consistent client communication.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, case managers and other support staff to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication throughout the negotiation process.
• Keep records written & verbal communication with clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure cases are being handled and all dates are accurately included in the calendar.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Role may include other relevant duties as assigned.

• 6 years of experience in Personal Injury Law, preferably in demand writing, demand negotiation or case management role.
• Experience negotiating high value cases ($250k and above).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Adobe.
  
  

The Pay Range For This Role Is

80,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Corporate Office)
