Job Summary
Biscuit Belly - Grandview Heights is seeking a dependable Kitchen Helper to support the back-of-house team with food preparation, kitchen organization, cleaning, and general restaurant tasks. The position is suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness and food quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient setup
- Support cooks and other kitchen team members during service
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep prep areas, counters, and floors clean and organized
- Stock ingredients and kitchen supplies throughout the shift
- Help receive, organize, and properly store deliveries
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain an orderly and efficient dish and prep area
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn kitchen procedures and food-preparation techniques
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33.0 per week
