Job Overview
We are an up-and-coming drilling and spall-repair construction company seeking a Working Foreman. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. The Foreman will lead production employees on their crew and be prepared to step in and work alongside them as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply issues, deliveries, or personnel changes
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine layout and materials
- Maintain equipment as required
- Schedule and delegate responsibilities and tasks to crew members
- Pre-order materials as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Provide regular project status reports to supervisors, site engineers, and other officials
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Perform other various duties as assigned
- Maintain a high level of integrity and commitment to completing each job successfully.
Requirements
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- 2 years of experience as a Working Foreman in the construction industry
- Experience in carpentry and concrete work.
- High attention to detail for accurate measurements and alignment
- Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, quantities, and material needs
- Familiarity with construction tools such as trowels, levels, chisels, and masonry saws
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to bend, squat, crouch, kneel, or crawl to inspect work at or near floor level
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs
- Able to work at heights, on scaffolding, or in confined spaces when necessary
- Willingness to perform additional duties to support team success

- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, best practices, and OSHA safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- 2 years of operating heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively
- 2 years of successfully to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings accurately
- Strong communication skills when interacting with employees and customers
- Able to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Able to work overtime when required
