Your expertise in customer service, sales negotiation, and market analysis will help you build strong client relationships and successfully close leasing deals. Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, to generate interest in available properties.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to foster client rapport and enthusiasm.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental offers effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
• Manage transactions from initial inquiry to deal closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by technical tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently.
• Stay informed on industry trends, local market analysis, and competitive offerings to advise clients accurately and confidently.
• Collaborate with property management teams and manage administrative tasks with organizational precision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, or sales
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and managing client data and marketing efforts.
• Knowledge of market analysis, industry trends, fair housing regulations, and real estate offer negotiation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Organizational skills with previous administrative experience.
• Understanding of Idaho State Law and Fair housing regulations to ensure compliant leasing practices.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
