We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team in the Rio Grande Valley. This position offers a competitive base pay plus generous commission and performance bonuses for closed transactions, giving motivated individuals the opportunity to earn well above their base salary. Responsibilities
- Call new leads and respond quickly to inquiries.
- Follow up with existing leads by phone, text, and email.
- Qualify buyers and schedule property showings.
- Answer basic questions about properties and owner financing.
- Keep detailed notes and update our CRM.
- Assist with social media messages and Facebook Marketplace inquiries.
- Help organize files, contracts, and client information.
- Schedule appointments and help manage calendars.
- Assist with basic marketing tasks, online listings, and administrative duties.
- Be willing to learn new skills and help wherever needed as our business grows.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning new software.
- Experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus.
- Real estate, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person.
