To assist in the comprehensive facilities management and customer service on the Client Account. Delivery of services in accordance with the Management Agreement Facilities SOW’s, SLA and KPI’s. Support the Facilities Team in the implementation of key initiatives and projects. Regular site inspection and prepare the action report Office locker / cabinet / WS arrangement and record On- site sub-contractor management (Cleaning, indoor plant, M&E, pantry supply, stationery etc.…) Vendor management definition: weekly TBT, card application, performance management (KPI), data collection and invoice, inventory, order process, contract review etc... " Reception desk daily service (compliance Shell visitor process, incoming/outcoming call, meeting room booking and others) deputy for office admin role or others) Space / HC report checking EI and notice sending (draft EI or office notice, check the EI receiver name list and add or reduce person, send EI or office notice to all staff)" Office event or outing coordinated support Support communication for urgent issue or regular catch up Office signage and other mandatory poster management and update ( CoC speak up poster, E&C poster, office kindly reminders Notice etc.…) Meeting prepare and follow up(send the invitation to each FP, tracking the attendees, order the lunch, draft the topic and others)" NTCB application process and invoice issue Minor project lead and management Support PPM plan builds and fill management Daily work order and repair requirement arrangement Site monthly report (highlights/ lowlights in HSSE and Operation) Initiative innovation and good practices action in site Site file management / SharePoint upload ( Drawing, report, PPM, meeting minutes etc.…) Prepare and book monthly performance review Office other issue and support requirement Competency in HSSE, attend and complete the training of JLL and Shell EMP and utility data tracking Site HSSE device check and ensure whole under standardize ((first aids box, evacuation map update etc.) Support and lead office fire drill and other drill HSSE plan update and execution Location: On-site –Chengdu, SC If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
