Requirements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance
- Support financial and operational reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define data requirements
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Assist in developing automated reporting processes and data models
- Prepare and present reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and credit check
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
