The Financial Analyst III provides advanced financial and logistics training support, analysis, and coordination services in support of organizational and program objectives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Requirements:· Develop and deliver financial and logistics training materials, including diagrams, exercises, and presentations
· Coordinate and conduct training seminars and workshops for internal and external stakeholders
· Interpret and translate complex financial data into clear, logical formats for training and reporting purposes
· Perform financial research and analysis to support policy development and program initiatives
· Assist in the formulation and evaluation of financial policies and procedures
· Serve as a liaison between financial offices, ensuring effective communication and coordination
· Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
· Support continuous improvement of training programs and financial processes
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
· 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis and/or financial/logistics training
· Demonstrated experience developing training materials and conducting seminars
· Strong ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and logical format
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
