Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, POS systems, cashiering, and operational procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management, multitasking, and prioritization.
