You must be comfortable using the service center's computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.If you have a never give up attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesUse your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codesAssist with the established service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocolsCarry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacementsConduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat businessConvey necessary vehicle repair information to the service writer in a clear and concise mannerQualificationsCurrent, clean Michigan Drivers License is required.State of Michigan Active Mechanic license is prefered.Problem solving skillsStrong customer service and communications skills are required
