Overview
DJP Jewelers & Luxury Buyers is a leading luxury marketplace in Texas specializing in the buying, selling, trading, appraisal, repair, and servicing of fine jewelry, diamonds, luxury watches, designer handbags, bullion, and other valuable items.

Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and manage front desk check-ins
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Manage calendars, maintain organized filing systems, and support internal documentation
- Assist with inventory intake, shipping, and receiving
- Utilize productivity tools, such as AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc), to draft communications, research solutions, organize information, and improve workflow efficiency
- Troubleshoot basic office technology, including printers, scanners, label printers, iPads, POS systems, Wi-Fi, and user account access
- Support the management team with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office and showroom environment, including monitoring and replenishing office supplies as needed
Requirements - Required
- Customer service skills, with professional phone and in-person etiquette
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing luxury retail environment
Requirements - Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Experience using CRM software
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience using AI/productivity tools
- Experience using HubSpot
- Experience using Shopify, including Shopify Admin, product listings, customer orders, or e-commerce operations
- Experience in the jewelry, luxury retail, watches, diamonds, precious metals, or other luxury goods industries
