- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs, utilizing your knowledge of cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories
- Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about new or featured products, highlighting their benefits and usage instructions
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure a clean, organized, and attractive retail space
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items to enhance their experience
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding cannabis sales and age verification procedures
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or specialty retail environments
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
