Responsibilities:

Overview: DJI is a global leader in developing and manufacturing civilian drones and aerial imaging technology. With operations spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia, our innovative solutions have been adopted in over 100 countries. We are now expanding our e-Bike division and looking for a passionate Senior Sales Specialist to drive channel development and retail operations for our cutting-edge products. Responsibilities: • Conduct market visits to identify and onboard potential retail partners suitable for our e-Bike products. • Build and maintain relationships with retail stores, ensuring sales growth, inventory management, staff training, and effective product display. • Collaborate with stores to monitor sales performance and provide ongoing support, including managing account receivables and addressing operational needs. • Gather market insights and competitive data to optimize sales strategies and inform decision-making. • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

Basic Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales. • Willingness to travel extensively and independently within the assigned territory. Minimum 70% travel required. • Experience in sales roles, especially in the bicycle or e-Bike industry, is strongly preferred. • Driving license and ability to conduct market visits independently. • Passion for cycling, preferably with a background in mountain biking. • Ability to quickly learn technical product details and provide product demonstrations. • Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work under minimal supervision while achieving set goals. • Proficiency in speaking and understanding Mandarin is required, with preference for candidates who can also write in Mandarin. Proficiency in English for professional communication. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office skills. Salary: Base pay $74,000 - $126,000, annually Why Join Us?
