Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Renton, WA. The primary responsibilities include providing outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with in-store inquiries and requests. Additional tasks involve maintaining the store's appearance, managing inventory, and fostering positive customer experiences by addressing concerns and questions professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Solid understanding of Customer Experience and delivering positive interactions
- Passion for sports and trading cards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
