Watering Crew Member
We're looking for someone that has a passion for growing flowers and caring for plants! The Seasonal Watering crew member will drive the water truck to all contracted sites across West Michigan, care for and water plant material. This position will initially install/water plant material during Spring, Summer, and Fall Seasonal Color installs. Team Member will be given adequate training in order to perform their duties. All positions offer year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.

Requirements
- Chauffeurs License required (company will help acquire)
- Must pass a MDOT physical exam
- Work independently or as a team
- Smart phone
- Willingness to learn new skills and be coached
- Ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time
