This is a year round, full time position that transitions into snow and ice management tasks in the winter.

- Michigan Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Categories 3A, 3B, & 6 mandatory)
- 1 Year of commercial lawn care experience, including operation of ride-on spreader
- Possess a chauffeur's driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire
- Experience driving a truck w/ trailer
- Basic math skills associated with accurately measuring and mixing pesticides, as well as calibrating spreaders to directed application rates
- Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties
- The capacity to work independently or with a crew
- General working knowledge of proper lawn and landscape management practices, including basic grass, weed, & disease identification
- Flexible attitude open to helping in other areas of the business when needed
- Ability to lift 50 pound bags of fertilizer
