- Lead a crew in the installation of irrigation systems for commercial properties.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- General working knowledge of system components and function to successfully troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to accurately read blueprints and as-builts.
- General repair/handyman attributes and work experience.
- Experience driving a truck with a trailer.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in irrigation system installation.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Capacity to produce quality irrigation systems, efficiently.
- Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to acquire a Chauffeurs license, MDOT card and a clean driving record.
- Possess a Smartphone and use it to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties.
- Ability to bend, squat, dig with a shovel, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
