Duties
- Provide care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring health
- Operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment safely
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools, for various projects
- Assist with irrigation systems and ensure proper water supply for crops
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, barns, and equipment storage
- Handle animals with care to ensure their well-being during routine activities
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and equipment repair
- Familiarity with animal care techniques
- Experience operating lawn maintenance equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic math skills for measuring feed quantities
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties
- Experience with irrigation systems is advantageous
