Title : Senior Software Engineer – CCM (Quadient Inspire)
Location : Alpharetta GA
Description
- Design, develop, test, and implement customer communication workflows using the Quadient Inspire Platform.
- Build, integrate, and maintain APIs aligned with enterprise architectural frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address requirements related to input/output, usage, strategic planning, and quality assurance.
- Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement of CCM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire components:
- Designer
- Scalar
- Content Manager
- Automation
- Interactive
- Approve Workflow
- Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP).
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Shell Scripting.
