Dizario Search is partnering with a manufacturer that specializes in industrial machinery and components used in off-road, heavy equipment, and industrial applications. They are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic OEM accounts across core industrial markets.
This is a technical, relationship-driven sales role focused more on account expansion and retention than cold prospecting. You will act as the primary commercial and technical interface for key customers while partnering closely with engineering and operations to deliver engineered solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic OEM accounts
- Serve as primary customer contact for technical and commercial discussions
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (product penetration, program growth)
- Lead pricing, quoting, and contract discussions to support sustainable margins
- Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs for engineering and manufacturing teams
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of custom and engineered solutions
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term account stability
- Manage sales pipeline and activity in CRM
What You Bring
- 4 years of experience in OEM manufacturing sales, sales engineering, or technical account management
- Engineering degree or strong technical background preferred
- Experience selling into OEM customers (automotive or industrial strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to both grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Comfortable working across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Strong understanding of technical product discussions, quoting, and solution selling
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with competing priorities
