Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Northwestern region of Indiana
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to lead the flow of materials and products throughout our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure the plant has the materials it needs to meet production schedules.
- Leading a team of up to six employees, including planners, warehouse supervisors, and coordinators.
- Monitoring inventory levels so the business has enough materials without carrying unnecessary excess.
- Working with outside suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time and resolve any delivery issues.
- Coordinating with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to keep operations running efficiently.
- Looking for ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and eliminate delays.
- Using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Promoting a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of relevant supply chain experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
- Experience with:
- SAP
- Supply chain planning
- Material and inventory management
- Capacity and cost planning
- Managing supplier relationships
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
