DiYanni Homes is seeking a bold, high-level Marketing Director to spearhead the growth, visibility, and market dominance of our Indianapolis division.
This is a leadership role for a strategic thinker, market disruptor, and growth-minded visionary who understands how to build momentum, generate demand, increase foot traffic, and establish a powerful brand presence in a competitive market.
We are not looking for someone to simply “manage marketing.” We are looking for someone who can build a movement around the DiYanni brand.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, innovator, digital marketer, brand architect, and growth leader. This person understands modern consumer psychology, knows how to turn marketing into measurable business growth, and thrives on pioneering new opportunities.
This role requires a trailblazer mentality — someone willing to challenge conventional thinking, identify emerging trends, and aggressively position DiYanni Homes as the premier custom home builder in Indianapolis.
Core Responsibilities
Market Leadership & Brand Expansion
- Lead the overall marketing strategy and market growth initiatives for Indianapolis.
- Build widespread brand recognition and customer awareness throughout Central Indiana.
- Position DiYanni Homes as the premier custom home builder through innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Develop and oversee:
- PPC campaigns
- SEM strategy
- Social media advertising
- Retargeting campaigns
- Email marketing
- Lead generation funnels
- CRM-driven marketing initiatives
- Drive qualified online leads while maximizing ROI and lowering acquisition costs.
- Develop campaigns specifically focused on increasing Design Center traffic and customer engagement.
SEO, Analytics & Consumer Strategy
- Lead SEO and online visibility initiatives to strengthen search rankings and organic traffic.
- Understand and implement:
- SEO best practices
- Keyword strategy
- Local search optimization
- AI search optimization
- Website conversion strategy
- Analyze performance metrics and marketing analytics to guide strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
Social Media & Brand Storytelling
- Oversee all social media strategy and brand messaging.
- Ensure all digital content reflects a premium, consistent, and engaging brand voice.
- Develop campaigns that create emotional connection, engagement, and market excitement around the DiYanni brand.
Events, Experiences & Foot Traffic
- Lead marketing efforts surrounding:
- Grand openings
- Realtor events
- Home shows
- Open houses
- Design Center promotions
- Community partnerships
- Create high-impact campaigns designed to increase in-person visits and customer engagement.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with leadership, sales teams, design teams, and external vendors.
- Help shape the long-term vision for DiYanni’s growth within the Indianapolis market.
- Bring innovative ideas, fresh strategies, and a proactive leadership mentality to the organization.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing leadership, brand strategy, or digital growth marketing.
- Strong background in:
- Digital advertising
- SEO/SEM
- Lead generation
- CRM marketing
- Social media strategy
- Consumer engagement
- Marketing analytics
- Proven ability to grow brand awareness and generate measurable business results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build momentum in a growing market.
- Experience in home building, real estate, luxury branding, or lifestyle-focused industries strongly preferred.
- Must be willing to work in-office in Indianapolis.
