We are seeking a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership of multiple job sites, uphold high standards, and lead with professionalism from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full build cycle of custom on-your-lot homes, typically overseeing 3–6 homes at various stages.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material staging.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites with a focus on quality control.
• Use Buildertrend software to maintain schedules, job logs, and homeowner updates.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners, internal teams, inspectors, and vendors.
• Solve issues in the field, enforce timelines, and ensure projects meet DiYanni standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or Site Supervisor in residential construction.
• Prior work with custom or semi-custom homes is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple sites across Akron & Medina, OH
• Comfortable with digital tools like Buildertrend, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: from $72,500 , based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided

Pay: From $72,500.00 per year
