Job Overview
DIY Party Rentals of Worcester is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable team member to help create memorable events for families throughout the Worcester area.
This is a fun, hands-on position that combines event setup, customer service, social media, and personal assistant responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with foam parties and children’s birthday events
- Interacting with customers and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Setting up and taking down pop-up tents and party equipment
- Helping customers load and unload rental items
- Carrying and organizing tables, chairs, games, and other party rentals
- Cleaning, maintaining, and storing rental equipment
- Assisting with photos and videos for social media content
- Helping create and post content on social media platforms
- Performing a variety of personal assistant and administrative tasks for the business owner
- Supporting day-to-day operations as needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Energetic, outgoing, and dependable
- Comfortable talking with customers and interacting with children
- Able to lift and carry party equipment, tables, and chairs
- Organized and willing to help with a variety of tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interested in social media, photography, or content creation (a plus)
- Reliable and punctualRequirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to travel throughout the Worcester area
- Ability to lift and carry party rental equipment
- Weekend availability is required
