Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media curricula aligned with educational standards and tailored to meet diverse student needs.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to organize coursework, track student progress, and facilitate online learning activities.
- Manage classroom environments effectively, promoting positive behavior and engagement through proactive behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating new learning technologies into daily instruction.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, progress, and behavioral updates through various channels.
- Analyze student performance data to inform instruction, identify areas for improvement, and support individualized learning plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in classroom teaching within elementary or middle school settings.
- Strong knowledge of learning technology tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), multimedia software, and digital content creation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering a positive learning environment.
