Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook salads/spreads according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety procedures are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent customer service for our clients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Understanding of food safety principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or relevant food handlers certification is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
