Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $18 to $23 per hour

What You'll Do
- Provide professional and responsive support to internal teams, international customers, and foreign affiliates
- Communicate clearly and effectively via email with both internal and external partners
- Prepare, review, and maintain export shipping and compliance documentation
- Organize and coordinate documentation for weekly international shipments
- Track open items, follow up as needed, and help ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and export requirements
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Effective written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze issues, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
