Work Hours: 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to learn the CNC function and grow with a great company—we will train the right person! From operating advanced machinery to handling final product assembly, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality fire safety equipment and assembling industrial fire hoses.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in loading raw materials, operating CNC machinery under close supervision, and monitoring the automated production of specialized parts for fire equipment.
- Monitor the machine while it runs, unload the finished part, and repeat the process and maintain a steady production pace and high volume.
- Load castings on robot tables and ensure it loads properly.
- Cut, couple, and assemble heavy-duty fire hoses according to precise engineering, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Rotate through various departments of the manufacturing plant to assist wherever needed—including material handling, shipping and receiving, and general shop support.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Complete basic daily maintenance on machines
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn
- Previous CNC experience a plus! (we are willing to train the right candidate!)
- Skilled or willing to learn the use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- General computer proficiency
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
