Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this vital role you will support our providers by performing clinical tasks, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring smooth patient flow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver patient centered care!
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Lunch break 12pm-1pm
7 paid holidays
1 week of paid vacation after 90 days of employment
Free medical care for spouse and children under the age of 18
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake assessments, including recording vital signs and collecting medical histories with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatmeants when needed
- Administer injections following proper protocols while ensuring patient safety
- Draw blood as ordered by providers
- Operate diagnostic tools such as EKG machine
- Must have good communication skills to answer phones and talk with patients over the phone
- Must be a team player who is punctual and reliable
*** MUST HAVE valid Medical Assistant License or LPN License***
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
