Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of commercial construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with project personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to facilitate smooth workflows.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with project personnel regarding progress updates and any changes in scope or timeline.

Skills

• Proficient in using construction management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
