Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air is seeking a motivated, highly organized, and customer-focused Electrical Service Department Coordinator to join our growing team in Opelika, Alabama!

This is more than just an office position. You will play a vital role in the daily success, efficiency, profitability, and continued growth of our Commercial & Industrial Electrical Service Department.
• Coordinate and schedule electrical service calls, technicians, and daily work assignments.
• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers, electricians, service managers, and project managers.
• Manage service appointments, dispatching, and scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate work orders, customer information, and service documentation.
• Create and provide customers with invoices.
• Assist with billing follow-ups, and outstanding accounts receivable.
• Track open work orders and ensure completed work is processed for timely invoicing.
• Support department productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize ServiceTitan or similar service management software.

- Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a busy service environment.
- Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, office coordination, or service industry experience preferred.
- Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry experience is a plus.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required.
