We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Workshop technician to help with daily workshop operations. This role involves belt making, inventory handling, order preparation, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and works well as part of a team. The employee has the opportunity to grow in to this role and expand into outside jobs, sales, customer service as we are a fast growing company.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and deliveries
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Interact with customers in person and assist with their needs
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
- Fabricate and manufacture belts using machines and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist supervisors and team members as needed, including taking phone calls when needed
- Follow directions from the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and counting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- No smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol on the job
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Previous mechanical experience
- Forklift experience
- Basic computer or inventory system knowledge
